They did an excellent job on our carpets and grout in our laundry room. Although we had severe wear and tear from our pets and dog, I was impressed with the restoration level. I recommend KO for your carpet and grout cleaning.

I booked an appointment to clean my couch and area rug with Kyle. He was super responsive, walked through each detail, and was flexible with my schedule! Chris came over and did an extensive cleaning on our white couches. We had some dirt from our dog that we could not get out. He cleaned our couches for about two hours and reviewed each cushion multiple times (we have a HUGE sectional). Finally, he removed all the stains and dirt! It looks BRAND NEW!!! He also cleaned our white area rug and removed the dirt in the traffic areas; our carpet looks BRAND NEW! I could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend this company. They were professional and diligent. I will 100% be using them for any future needs. Thank you for all that you have done for us!

Chris did an excellent job for me. He did my carpet, couch, and truck—3 for 3 in the satisfaction category. I have no buts or what to qualify my estimation of his services. In a word, singularly impressive. That’s like two words, but you get the point.

Chris got back to my wife & me very quickly with our quote, did a fantastic job taking dog stains out of our huge living room rug, and did so very quickly. He even had the courtesy of holding onto our rugs for an extra week as my wife got Covid and we could not pick up our rugs from him. Highly recommend this company for your carpet and tile needs!
